I had just listed a very large property, and both the sellers and I were overwhelmed with the amount of work that was necessary to ready the property for the market. During this time, Mary Ann assisted me with cleaning and further de-cluttering the home, as well as meeting with contractors, movers, auction houses, and more. Her eye for design and decorating was invaluable. I had a distinct vision for how I wanted the home to show and be staged. Mary Ann understood my vision immediately. She was instrumental in helping to arrange the furniture, pack, purchase decorative items and help me achieve the “look” that existed in my mind’s eye.
She even served as my assistant at a very well attended Open House!
