1. How does this process work?

Once you have contacted me, we set up a telephone appointment time to discuss your organizing goals. A phone consultation is free. There is a fee of $100.00 for a one hour onsite consultation.

2. What do you charge?

Services are priced competitively, starting at $225.00 for the minimum 3 hour session. If the session runs over, a fee of $50.00 applies for each additional hour. Unusual requirements for specific jobs are evaluated and billed on a case-by-case basis. Invoices are sent on the first of each month and are payable upon receipt. We use Paypal Here to accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX. & Discover.

3. Must I work with you, or do you have assistants to help?

The commitment of the client is the key to the success of the re-organizing process. I view this effort as a partnership. I can't give you a satisfying result without your input. It's important for me to get to know you, so that I can understand what your reasons and ultimate goals are for the re-organization.

If the time you are able to work with me is limited, or the project is very large, I can bring experienced assistants with me.

4. How long is each session?

There is a three hour minimum that applies to every session. It's impossible to accomplish very much in less time.

The rule of thumb for residential sessions is that they not exceed six hours on any given day. It's usually as much decision making and change as the typical client can handle at one time.

Business appointments conform to the regularly scheduled business hours of the client.

5. Scheduling an appointment

There is a 3 hour minimum for weekday (Monday through Saturday) appointments, and a 4 hour minimum for Sundays. Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Saturday beginning at 9:00 am. Sunday sessions begin at 12:00 pm and end at 4:00 pm.

6. How long does this process typically take?

It depends on the space in question, the scope of the job, and how motivated the client is to get organized. The minimum length of any session is three hours; usually, an additional 3 hours is about the limit for a single day. However, larger ongoing projects can continue for weeks, or months.

7. You won't make me throw out everything - will you?

Of course not! We all love our "stuff." The goal of the sorting process is to separate the "stuff" you love from what you merely "like," and identify what items are still valued, important and useful. Then we'll help you make decisions about what to keep - and what to throw out. Things that you don't love, or are no longer serving any useful purpose in your life, have essentially become clutter.

8. Can you help me dispose of the things I've decided to get rid of?

Absolutely. This is a special part of our service. We can facilitate the sale, re-cycling, or donation of anything you don't want to keep.

9. Maintenance?

During the de-cluttering process, we will teach you how to develop a system to help you remain organized - permanently.

10. Will you provide references?

Yes. References are readily available upon request both for me and for my assistants.

11. Pet policy

We love our animals, so please secure your pets during house visits so they stay safe and we accomplish our organizing goals efficiently.
