MARKET-READY TRANSFORMATION

The two projects pictured here required several months of advance work before coming on the market. There was a lot to be done.

In both cases, it took nearly a month to downsize & de-clutter before the improvements could begin. The updating and finishing touches took another month.

However – in the end – it was worth all the long hours, hard work , and logistical maneuvering! One house sold in 5 days,  and the other was “under contract” in 3 weeks! Both were full price offers. Very exciting & satisfying outcome for the realtor and their seller – AND for us here at SHED. We love Happy Endings!
